Sharetta Morrow, Registered Dental Hygienist

Sharetta has been with The Smile Center the longest, she joined the practice in September of 1997.

Sharetta has two grown children, Sedric and Joy, and in 2004, she welcomed her first grandson Trey. Since then she has welcomed 2 other grandsons: Sedric Jr. and Cameron. With the empty nest she finds herself spending time with the special man in her life, Marco, and her Yorkshire Terrier Zoey.

Outside of the office she has her own holistic health practice in Virginia Beach called Natural & Holistic Healing. Here she provides whole body solutions for Men, Women, and Children's health concerns.

Susan Fowler, Certified Dental Assistant

Susan is one of our Dental Assistants who has been with the practice since September of 1999.

Susan and her husband Dan have one daughter Erica, who is enlisted in the Navy.

Her favorite season is Football Season. With a room in her house dedicated to her favorite team. She proves to us that she is Virginia's #1 New England Patriots fan!

Kelli Meadows, Dental Assistant

Kelli joined our practice in May of 2001 when she graduated from Kee Business College for Dental Assisting. Besides being one of our three Dental Assistants, she is our marketing coordinator and patient relations specialist.

She enjoys spending time with her boyfriend Byron and her dog Major. When she is not in the office she is busy running her photography business, Kelli Marie's Photography.

Melissa Bryan, Dental Health Director

Melissa, (we call her Missy) is one of our Dental Health Directors. She joined our practice in April of 2002, shortly after moving back from Florida to her home town of Virginia Beach.

Missy and her husband Smamy have a son Emery who was born 9 years to the day after his older brother Colby.

She enjoys spending time with her family and friends outdoors, especially on the water (at the beach or at Lake Gaston)!

Heather de Lucia, Dental Assistant

Heather is one of three Dental Assistants. She joined our practice in November 2003.

Heather enjoys hanging out with her boyfriend Micheal and the rest of her friends. She also enjoys listening to all types of music. In her spare time she enjoys painting.

Rebecca Baker, Registered Dental Hygienist

Rebecca joined our practice in June of 2006 when she graduated from dental hygiene school in Roanoke VA.

She is married to her husband George and have a Yorkshire Terrier named Roxy.

She loves relaxing and hanging out with her friends. She is always up for an adventure!

Sharon Hersperger, Treatment Plan Coordinator

With over 18 years of dental experience, Sharon continues her career here as one of our Treament Plan Coordinators. She joined our team in August of 2006.

She has been married to her husband Mike for over 25 years. Together they have 3 grown children, Jason, Brian and Renee.

On long weekend Sharon and Mike enjoy traveling to new places. When they are in town they enjoy fine dining.

Being loyal to her hometown of Pittsburgh, PA and to the state of Wisconsin, during the football season you can catch her cheering for the Pittsburgh Steelers or Green Bay Packers on every other Sunday!

Sharlene Smith, Treatment Plan Coordinator

Sharlene, our newest member to the team, joined our practice in June 2011.

She is the mother of her young daughter Nyjah who keeps her busy whenever she is not at work. They enjoy spending their time at Busch Gardens and all the other theme parks.

Being new to dentistry, she has enjoyed learning the flow of our office. She has enjoyed the new enviornment and the hight pace of our practice.
